Welcome to the official web site for the Creek Preserve Community Development District (CDD). This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day Operations of the community. These agencies include, but are not limited to Hillsborough County and the Creek Preserve Homeowners’ Association Inc.

Community Pool Card Reset

Below are the instructions on how to apply for a pool access card. Residents can submit their applications in one of two ways:

In-person - Visit the Amenity Center Wednesday through Sunday between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of residency (e.g., a lease agreement for renters or ownership documents).

Online - Navigate to the Forms section, and complete the Amenity Registration Form. A team member will contact you when your key fob is ready for pickup.

Vacancy on the Creek Preserve CDD Board of Supervisors

Seat #5 of the Creek Preserve CDD Board of Supervisors has been declared vacant. If you are interested in being considered for the open seat you must be a resident of the community and a registered voter. Please submit your resume/letter of interest by  Friday, May 2nd by 3:00 p.m. to nviverito@gms-tampa.com to be considered and it is suggested that any interested applicants attend the next CDD meeting scheduled on Monday, May 12th at 6:00 p.m. at the Creek Preserve CDD amenity center.

FENCING UPDATE

Dear Creek Preserve Residents,

Please be advised that the CDD fence vendor is performing the work they were contracted to complete. All CDD owned fencing is being replaced to ensure consistency and meet the established standards. GMS and the board will be conducting inspections throughout the process.

Please refrain from approaching the vendor or interfering with the work being done. The project is covered by the insurance policy and will be completed as outlined in the contract.

Creek Preserve Community Development District Disclosure

Please be advised that the Creek Preserve Community Development District (the “District”), a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida law, has constructed and is responsible for the maintenance of certain improvements, infrastructure and facilities within the District. The District financed this construction through the sale of tax-exempt bonds, a form of public financing. As a result, and in accordance with applicable federal and state law, all District owned improvements, infrastructure and facilities are and shall remain open and accessible to the general public. Should you have any questions on this matter, non-resident user fees applicable to District recreational facilities, or any other general District issue, please feel free to contact the District Manager.
